Asphalt tipper trailer is using for hot asphalt transportations in road constructions areas.
We are offering steel panels and between these panels including stone wool, glass wool, seramic wool or elastomeric rubber foams inside the box of tipper trailers for hot asphalt transportations. Asphalt Tipper Trailer insulation is based on a thermosetting, high-performance insulation material with special suitability in the high-temperature range of up to 600°C.
We offer 170bar-250bar pressure hydraulic cylinders for asphalt type tipper trailer. Hidromas, Hidrosır, HYD or HYVA hydraulic cylinder brands are in our range to use for our customers. We use popular brands axles for our trailers which are; TRAX, OSMANKOC, MPD, BPW, SAF, VALX, GIGANT axles.
Chassis are made of ST52 steel grade in standart package. For European Countries when the weight is important we offer MC700/Domex Steel to decrease total weight of tipper trailer to load more than they expect. We use Wabco or Knorr Bremse EBS brake systems. Pirelli, Goodyear, Bridgestone is most popular models of tyre brands. Regarding to country rules & loading types single or double tyres are avaliable.
