Heavy-duty trailer manufacturing and custom transport engineering.

We build transport equipment around payload, route, loading method, service access and long-term operator uptime.

About Us

Heavy-duty transport engineering

STU Trailers designs and manufactures semi-trailers and custom transport equipment for operators who need durable, configurable and serviceable fleet assets. The product range covers lowbed and low loader trailers, flatbed and platform trailers, car transporters, concrete mixer semi-trailers, tipper trailers, drawbar solutions, sidelifters and project-specific engineering.

Built around real operating conditions

Every project starts with the practical constraints behind the job: payload, route geometry, loading method, climate, local road rules, spare-parts access and fleet maintenance habits. That is why the same STU platform can be configured with different axle brands, braking systems, suspension types, steel grades, deck equipment and hydraulic systems.

  • Market-specific axle, suspension and braking configurations
  • Application-driven chassis, deck and hydraulic layouts
  • Export documentation and registration support by destination

Manufacturing discipline

The factory workflow is focused on repeatable production, controlled welding and assembly, practical quality checks and direct feedback from field use. The goal is not brochure complexity; it is equipment that operators can load, service and keep running with confidence.

Custom engineering capability

Alongside standard trailer families, STU develops project-specific transport and industrial equipment when a route, cargo or production process needs a dedicated solution. Custom work stays tied to serviceability and parts continuity, not one-off showpiece engineering.

  • Custom trailer dimensions and payload layouts
  • Hydraulic steering, extendable chassis and special deck systems
  • Industrial fixtures and heavy-duty handling equipment by project

After delivery

Support continues after the trailer leaves the factory. Customers work directly with the STU team for documentation, spare parts, configuration guidance and technical follow-up, so the trailer remains understandable and maintainable throughout its service life.
