Concrete mixer trailer drum walls and blades made in 30mnb5 STEEL GRADE anti-wear resistant steel with 4mm or with ST52 steel 5mm thickness for long life.
Electronic Braking System (EBS), as the name suggests work with electronic signals. These electrical signal then is transmitted to the central module. According to the vehicle’s load situation, the system calculates the appropriate pressures for the individual brake cylinders, causing deceleration of the vehicle. The valves on the brake cylinders generate the required braking pressure according to the control signals.
Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) prevents the wheels from locking up during heavy and sudden braking, avoiding uncontrolled skidding. ABS utilizes wheel speed sensors to determine if one or more wheels are trying to lock up during braking. If a wheel tries to lock up, a series of hydraulic valves limit or reduce the braking on that wheel. This prevents skidding and allows to maintain steering control.

Concrete mixer trailer chassis are designing for long life which trailers are working very heavy conditions.
In our standarts we use on chassis ST52 Steel Grade. For our light models we are also able to use MC700 Steel which we are using on our lowbed trailers. BRAKE System powered by WABCO or Knorr-Bremse EBS
We are able to offer spare parts concrete mixer trailer; hydraulic pumps, water pumps, oil cooler, roller for drum, extension chutes for unloading concrete, discharge chut holders, water meter, valves, balance balls etc..

On the other hand we are working with world wide brands which have their own warranty period separately than STU TRAILER’s warranty like WABCO or Knorr EBS Systems, Dasteri, Varroc, SABA Electrical Systems..
There are two options, 40lt and 60lt on additive tanks on chassis of concrete mixer trailer.
AKG integrated oil cooler with 12 lt oil tank, thermostat control and absorption filter is used on concrete mixer trailer.
